Operating Instructions: Install the batteries and connect the battery pack to the cap. Conceal the small battery pack in the hidden pocket switching it ON. Adjust the sensitivity knob on the battery pack depending on the volume of the music. The ultra-thin, highly flexible panel is sewn on to the hat and has a small battery/driver unit that fits into a small pocket inside the hat.
